 What can I embroider?
You can embroider almost any garment that can have a needle pass threw it.
- Do I need a high res image for Embroidery?
No, a low res image is adequate for making an embroidery program.
- What is Embroidery?
Embroidery is the process of stitching or sewing directly on to a garment. First a pattern or program needs to made telling the embroidery machine where to stitch the desired logo. This is one time process called digitizing. The garment is then placed onto the embroidery machine to be stitched.
- How long does screen printing last?
Screen printing penetrates the garment making it last as long as the garment itself.
- Do I have to pay for Screens and Setups on re-orders?
No, the process of making the screens and setting up the press is not required when you reorder the print for the same location.
- What are Screen and Setups?
Before printing, each color of your logo needs to put onto a screen. The screens are then Setup on the press where they are registered and ink is applied. We already include 3 colors with no setup and screen charges for each of your order. Additional color will require $50 for setup each.
- What is screen printing?
Screen printing is the process of forcing ink through a screen, by applying pressure with a squeegee. This process is repeated for every color to be printed on the garment.
- Why is darker apparel more expensive than light apparel?
The dyes used to make the dark colours are more costly to the T-shirt manufacturer. A light t-shirt will have little or no dye.
